Hi, I’m Rob.
I’m a meditation teacher and breathwork facilitator based in Bury.
I offer meditation and breathwork sessions across the Manchester area, helping people step out of stress, slow things down, and feel more grounded in themselves.
My sessions are simple, guided, and designed to work in real life - no experience needed.

When I work with meditation and breathwork, I often use contemplation and reflection as a way of helping people shift perspective.
One of the themes I explore is the sheer scale of the cosmos and how infinitesimally small we are within it. Not to make human life feel meaningless, but actually the opposite — to help loosen the constant mental pressure, self-importance and over-identification with our thoughts and problems.
When we step back and reflect on our place within nature and the universe, something begins to soften. The mind becomes quieter. The nervous system can begin to regulate.
Nature can be a powerful support in this process. The ocean, the night sky, forests and mountains remind us that life itself is a miracle and a gift, vast, intelligent and constantly in flux. Nothing in nature is static. Seasons change, tides move, stars are born and disappear, and every living thing exists within an ongoing process of transformation.
Spending time in nature can help us reconnect with that deeper rhythm and remember that change is not something separate from life, but part of its very nature.
Through meditation, breathwork and contemplative practice, I help people cultivate that shift in perspective — moving from overwhelm and mental noise toward presence, clarity and grounded awareness.
